Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, scrap, waste, and production variability

Analyze manufacturing data, including line performance, material usage, cycle times, and quality metrics

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and employee training materials

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, DOE, FMEA, and other continuous improvement methodologies

Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and new technology implementation

Optimize production processes, material flow, and work cell layouts to improve efficiency and product quality

Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve manufacturing challenges

Promote a strong safety culture and support regulatory compliance and workplace safety programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline

3+ years of Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement experience

Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

Experience with PLC programming, automation systems, sensors, or mistake-proofing technologies is a plus Benefits
