•180,000 Base + Bonus (up to 10%)

Bonus The Client:

Lumicity has partnered with an exciting and expanding company operating within the clean energy and power generation space on their search for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. Our client is focused on the development of advanced industrial energy solutions to produce energy. The ideal candidate for this position will hold strong experience in contract manufacturing, continuous improvements and New Product Introduction of complex hardware within the turbomachinery, power electronics, data center or energy recovery industries.

The Responsibilities:

Take ownership in the product development of complex hardware from prototype through to full production launch Produce manufacturing strategies to ensure projects are completed efficiently Lead PFMEA, process validation and manufacturing risk assessments Promote continuous improvements, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Support supplier and contract manufacturer selection, qualification and manufacturing transfer

The Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or similar 6+ years' experience leading projects within the power generation, energy recovery, turbomachinery, power electronics or similar industries Previous experience transitioning products from prototype into production Experience in product development, NPI, DFA, DFM, PFMEAs, and production scale-up Strong knowledge of continuous improvements, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and root-cause analysis Understanding of contract manufacturing, transferring products to outsourced partners and suppliers US Citizen or Green Card Holder For immediate consideration, please click apply and attach a copy of your resume.
