is seeking an Automation and Manufacturing Engineer to drive reliable, safe, and efficient production of advanced compression, drive, and mechatronic solutions. You will design, program, and optimize automated equipment and PLC/robotics-based lines, analyzing data to reduce downtime, scrap, and cycle times. In our engineering-driven, safety-focused culture, you'll collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards while gaining exposure to international, innovation-oriented projects. Responsibilities Design, program, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment for compression, drive, and mechatronic products Implement and improve PLC- and robotics-based production lines to increase throughput, quality, and safety Analyze production data to reduce downtime, scrap, and cycle time using structured problem-solving methods Collaborate with global and cross-functional engineering, quality, and maintenance teams on process improvements Develop and maintain documentation, work instructions, and validation protocols for manufacturing processes Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process and equipment issues Support new product introduction and scalability from prototype to full production Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards in all automation projects Required Skills PLC programming Robotics integration Industrial automation Manufacturing process engineering CAD/Mechanical design Electrical and controls engineering Data analysis and OEE monitoring Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement Root cause analysis (FMEA/5-Why) Technical documentation and validation
