A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including 3 medical plan options, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k), employee ownership (ESOP) You'll be part of a dedicated BOM & Routing Accuracy team responsible for identifying and correcting manufacturing master-data issues from the shop floor through final system implementation. The role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Operations Excellence, and Production, giving you broad exposure to how products are designed, planned, costed, scheduled, and built. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify BOM and routing inaccuracies through production feedback, Kaizen activities, engineering reviews, and planning analysis.

Analyze drawings, BOMs, routings, work instructions, labor requirements, and downstream operational impacts.

Develop and package proposed BOM and routing changes for Engineering and Planning review.

Create and coordinate ECNs/ECOs to correct manufacturing master data.

Update JDE BOMs following approved engineering changes, including components, quantities, and revisions.

Update JDE routings to accurately reflect manufacturing operations, sequence, and labor standards.

Work cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Operations Excellence, and Operations.

Analyze critical-path issues and identify opportunities to reduce rework, material chasing, changeovers, labor costs, and unnecessary process steps.

Validate BOM explosions, work orders, routings, labor, and material requirements following system changes.

Track project completion and measure improvements in BOM accuracy, routing accuracy, labor, cost, capacity, and lead time. QualificationsMust have engineering experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of BOMs, manufacturing routings, engineering changes, and production processes.

Experience analyzing manufacturing data and identifying opportunities for process, cost, labor, or efficiency improvements.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOM structures, routings, and work instructions.

Experience working with an ERP/manufacturing system such as JDE is highly relevant.

Comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial opportunity identification through implementation, validation, and close-out.

Ability to work within formal ECN/ECO approval and change-control processes.
