Job Description

Job Description Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations Program and support CNC machining centers utilizing Mastercam Support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining applications Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges Review prints, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure manufacturability Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations Partner with cross-functional teams to support new and existing programs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Strong CNC programming experience within metal machining environments Proficiency with Mastercam Experience programming CNC lathes and/or milling equipment Understanding of machining processes and best manufacturing practices Experience supporting multi-axis machining operations preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field for candidates pursuing a Manufacturing Engineer-level role Leadership experience is highly valued and may create future advancement opportunities Experience within precision machining, aerospace, medical, industrial, or related manufacturing industries What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000 Blue Cross Blue Shield health coverage Three weeks PTO 401(k) match program Opportunity to join a stable, family-owned manufacturer with significant growth plans Clear career advancement opportunities within a $200M organization
