$75,000-$95,000 per year Job Summary We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a process-focused role in Hillside, IL . This position supports a manual manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement, tooling, and Lean Manufacturing. This is not an automation or robotics-focused role. Level 1 and Level 2 Manufacturing Engineers are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing processes Design and review tooling and fixtures Support process development from start to finish Troubleshoot production and process issues Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Use AutoCAD and Inventor to support manufacturing projects Qualifications Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience Tooling design and process development experience Lean Manufacturing knowledge Experience with
