Collaborate with the maintenance department to diagnose equipment issues and resolve underlying causes. Lead automation initiatives to help minimize manual labor requirements across the facility. Candidate Profile Between 2 and 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, specifically within project management, CAPEX, Industrial, CI, Process, or manufacturing engineering. Proven background in executing equipment upgrades and driving efficiency projects that improve labor, material, and scrap costs. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a willingness to engage in hands-on work. Practical problem-solving skills that allow you to effectively identify root causes directly on the production floor. An Engineering degree is strongly desired for this position.
