What You Will Be Doing Provide hands-on engineering support for day-to-day production and manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting process-related challenges. Identify and help implement continuous improvement opportunities focused on efficiency, quality, and cost savings. Support the development, improvement, and documentation of manufacturing processes. Partner with production teams and other internal departments to support product design, manufacturing, and new product development. Work across both office and manufacturing environments to solve problems and help drive effective, sustainable process improvements. What We Need From You To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Experience with CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and cross-functional departments. Comfortable working fully onsite in both office and manufacturing environments. All-Star Skillset The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering. Previous experience within a manufacturing or medical device environment. SolidWorks experience. Exposure to Lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with compression molding, CNC machining, or similar manufacturing processes. The Perks Hands-on engineering role with direct exposure to manufacturing operations.
