Enterprise Software Solutions Manager Location:

St. Louis preferred | Kansas City | Remote considered for the right candidate The Opportunity We are partnering with an established industrial technology and systems integration company to identify an experienced Enterprise Industrial Software Solutions Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with some of the country's largest manufacturing organizations. This is not a traditional SaaS sales role, nor is it a transactional account management position. We're looking for someone who understands the intersection of manufacturing operations, industrial technology and enterprise relationships -someone who can walk into a manufacturing organization, build credibility with plant and operations leadership, understand how the business operates, and bring together the right technical and commercial resources to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate has experience working within the industrial automation, manufacturing software, MES, SCADA, controls or operational technology (OT) ecosystem and understands how software and technology are used to improve plant performance. This is a highly visible, autonomous position with significant ownership over key enterprise relationships. What You'll Do You'll serve as the strategic owner for important enterprise manufacturing accounts, developing relationships across individual plants and the broader corporate organization. Your role will span sales, technical discovery, operations and account strategy . You'll identify opportunities, understand customer challenges, and coordinate internal technical resources to develop solutions that improve manufacturing operations.

You'll:

Own and expand strategic enterprise manufacturing relationships , developing connections from plant-level engineering and operations teams through corporate leadership. Develop a deep understanding of each customer's manufacturing environment, business priorities, operational challenges, technology landscape and decision-making structure. Identify opportunities where MES, SCADA, industrial software, automation and other manufacturing technologies can improve operations, visibility, efficiency and performance. Lead business and technical discovery conversations with operations, engineering, IT/OT, plant management and executive stakeholders. Translate operational challenges into opportunities for technical solutions. Build and manage a strategic pipeline within existing enterprise customers, including opportunities across multiple plants, divisions and business units. Bring together the appropriate engineers, software specialists, technical resources and sales support to develop the right solution for the customer. Lead customer presentations, business reviews, demonstrations and strategic planning conversations. Navigate complex enterprise organizations, procurement processes and long sales cycles. Maintain ownership of the customer relationship throughout the sales and solution-development process. Serve as the internal voice of the customer, helping technical and operational teams understand customer priorities and long-term opportunities. Who We're Looking For This position is best suited for someone who has built a career around industrial customers and complex manufacturing technology , rather than someone whose experience is primarily traditional SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud or IT services. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Industrial / Manufacturing Technology Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) SCADA Industrial automation Operational Technology (OT) Plant-floor systems Manufacturing software Process automation or controls Industrial data/analytics Digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Relevant platforms may include: AVEVA MES, AVEVA/Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens, Ignition, Emerson, AspenTech or comparable industrial software and automation platforms. Direct AVEVA experience is highly valuable, but broader MES/SCADA/manufacturing technology experience is more important than expertise in one specific platform.
