Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Manufacturing Engineer positions in Garden City, NY . Pay:

Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily Material Review Board (MRB) activities and ensure timely disposition of nonconforming material. Maintain MRB records, logs, and disposition documentation while tracking material movement through the review process. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve material discrepancies and drive timely disposition decisions. Support root cause investigations, corrective actions, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing engineering, or a related environment. Experience with MRB processes, nonconformance management, corrective actions, or defect tracking preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, walk production areas, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Pay Details:
