QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Comfortable working directly with machinery, tools, machinists, and production personnel.
Preferred TraitsStrong hands-on mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable moving between hands-on shop-floor work and desk-based engineering, design, drafting, and documentation.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
Curious and willing to learn how customer equipment works and understand the underlying problem before developing a solution.
Practical mindset with the ability to balance engineering requirements, manufacturability, cost, and customer needs.
