Full-time Full-time Position Summary:

Manufacturing Engineer supports the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for our emissions control and clean energy products. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness while supporting our commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions (NPI) Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and waste elimination Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment used in fabrication and assembly Support troubleshooting of manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process flows Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma efforts Assist in vendor selection, equipment procurement, and facility layout planning as needed Provide technical guidance and training to production staff

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience with fabrication, welding, or exhaust/emissions-related products preferred Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, metal fabrication, assembly) Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Exposure to custom-designed metal fabrication environments Experience working in high-volume production settings Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in oil & gas, power generation, or emissions control industries Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) certification or Lean certification

Working Conditions:
