Accepting Candidates About the role Provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support for production teams, helping improve manufacturing efficiency, production processes, and product quality. Support process improvements, equipment setup, documentation, validation, operator training, and continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing processes, equipment setup, and preventive maintenance activities. Draft, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, procedures, and technical documentation . Support process validation and re-qualification of manufacturing changes. Participate in production-floor/Gemba activities and identify process improvements. Assist with operator training, job setup, and production readiness . Support continuous improvement, setup reduction, tooling improvements, and production efficiency projects. Qualifications 1-2+ years of manufacturing/production experience , preferably in medical device or regulated manufacturing. Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, equipment setup, preventive maintenance, or process improvement . Experience with technical documentation , including work instructions, SOPs, procedures, or production records. Familiarity with ISO standards and regulated manufacturing environments . Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills . Ability to work effectively with operators, engineers, and production teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Compensation:
Estimated hourly range: $27/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
