In this role, you will lead a team of operators, ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards, and maintain optimal equipment performance. Your expertise in machinery operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols will drive production excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Lead and supervise the daily operations of the canning line, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow Coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and provide training on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, and coordinate maintenance with technical teams to minimize downtime Enforce strict sanitation practices in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to ensure food safety Oversee material handling processes, including manual handling and operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production process to meet food industry standards for beverage manufacturing Maintain accurate documentation of production logs, safety reports, and quality records while adhering to safety protocols in all activities Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing equipment within a food or beverage production environment, preferably in brewing or craft beer industries Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively Familiarity with sanitation procedures, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety regulations Experience with packaging processes and beverage production workflows Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate material handling equipment including forklifts Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of industrial chemical handling and safety standards in production environments Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and safety compliance Join us as a Lead Canning Line Operator and be part of an energetic team dedicated to producing top-quality beverages!
