Production & Assembly Technician (Shutters & Blinds) Overview Seeking hands‑on Production & Assembly Technicians to support the fabrication and assembly of our premium window shutters and blinds. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following precise measurements, and producing high‑quality finished goods in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret work orders to determine product specifications. Cut UPVC, fabric, louvers, rails, stiles, tilt bars, and other components to exact measurements. Operate production machinery including saws, drills, and CNC equipment. Assemble shutter frames, panels, louvers, rails, and blind systems using hand tools. Inspect components for defects, ensure correct quantities, and verify accuracy of cuts. Perform final cleaning, quality checks, and packaging of finished products. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all PPE and safety requirements. Conduct continuous checks throughout the process to minimize errors. Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production setting. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to lift medium loads and stand for extended periods.
