Manufacturing Production Technician Join our team: RiversEdge Composites is hiring Manufacturing Production Technicians. The position open is at our manufacturing facility in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We are a key supplier to numerous premier boat builders in the southeastern United States.

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced candidates to work as part of our team. We manufacture recycled composite boards and urethane foam & fiberglass parts for the marine industry. The right candidate must be detail oriented, have good critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to follow product specifications to complete the job, reliable and willing to work as part of a team in a non-climate controlled warehouse atmosphere. We are a drug free workplace. Maintain a neat, organized and safe work space Be able to operate and maintain hand tools Inspect parts to customer quality standards and specifications Perform Quality Control and package parts for shipping Follow instructions of supervisor/supervisor-lead when doing miscellaneous duties Willing to process foam & fiberglass dust using a shredder and hammer mill Pay is dependent on experience Qualifications Prefer to have experience with hand and power tools to include screw guns, drills, pneumatic DA sanders, reciprocating saws, tape measures, razor knife, etc. Prefer to have at least one year experience working in a manufacturing environment Must be able to read kit orders and identify missing or defective parts Must have strong attention to details, nothing can get by you !! Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to wear proper safety equipment to include respirator when necessary Must be a team player, punctuality is key, safety is a must Education High school diploma or equivalent Other Valid Driver's license (clear license to obtain commercial coverage on company vehicle if necessary) Checking or saving account for direct deposit of pay Willing to undergo drug screening Willing to have references checked Why apply Opportunity to work for a company that values people, their skills and the environment Paid holidays and vacation days Job stability
