Compensation:
$20.00/hr for starting and will be defined based on experience Job Overview The Production Technician III operates, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex production and material handling equipment to safely manufacture, package, and move products while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. This role applies advanced process knowledge to make complex equipment and process decisions, optimize operations, and support less experienced technicians. The technician serves as a trusted technical resource, helping drive operational excellence through expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration. What You Will Do Operate, monitor, and adjust complex production, packaging, weighing, and material handling equipment across multiple processes. Set up, change over, and run multiple non‑similar machines requiring moderate to complex adjustments. Troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues, resolving problems and supporting others during diagnostics. Perform preventive and autonomous maintenance using hand and power tools on a wide range of equipment. Monitor processes, collect samples, and accurately record production, quality, and equipment data in computer systems. Support other technicians by training and sharing knowledge, promoting safe work practices, and improving daily operations. Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Need Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to understand and communicate in English to follow procedures, document work, and support team members. At least 2 years of experience operating and adjusting complex production or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ability to independently adjust, control, and optimize production processes using sound judgment and minimal guidance. Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Put You Ahead Experience troubleshooting complex equipment or process issues across multiple machines. Experience supporting or guiding other technicians during daily operations. Strong understanding of complex equipment setups and process interactions. Experience performing autonomous maintenance beyond basic preventive tasks.
