Manufacturing Technician Location:
Peachtree City, GA Pay Rate:

$31.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Keep It Running, Keep It Rolling. Manufacturing Technician Needed. Looking for Manufacturing Technician jobs in Peachtree City where your technical skills keep equipment operating at its best? This opportunity allows you to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently. Job Duties Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and 3D printers.

Assemble and disassemble mechanical components using hand and power tools.

Create and maintain 3D printed fixtures, jigs, prototypes, and test hardware.

Perform equipment calibration and preventative maintenance.

Develop assembly, operating, and testing procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing challenges.

Investigate non-conforming materials and identify root causes of defects.

Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and design records.

Assist with inventory handling, shipping, and material movement.

Follow all safety regulations and industry standards. Education Requirements Associate degree in Engineering Technology (ASEE) or equivalent preferred.

Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, mechanical, or technical experience.

Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems required.

CAD experience required; SolidWorks preferred.

Experience with 3D printing technologies, machine shop equipment, electronics, software, or firmware is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.

Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.

Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.

Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
