Job Description

Manufacturing Engineering Technician North Liberty, IA | Full-Time | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Join Centro and help build the manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools that support products used by some of the world's leading companies. As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you'll work hands-on with manufacturing equipment, fixtures, welding, CNC programs, and process improvements that drive quality, safety, and productivity. Stable, growing manufacturing company with decades of success Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits Opportunities to learn new skills and work on engineering projects Collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement Make a direct impact on quality, efficiency, and innovation Key Responsibilities Design, build, and improve manufacturing fixtures, tools, and workstations Assist with equipment installations and facility setup projects Troubleshoot manufacturing and processing issues using root cause analysis Perform fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical tasks Support process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and quality Assist with CNC programming and engineering projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least one year of applicable manufacturing, mechanical, or engineering experience MIG welding experience required; TIG welding preferred Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using hand and power tools AutoCAD, CNC, machining, or manufacturing engineering experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Build.
