West Chicago, IL Picture the start of your shift: order specs in hand, you prepare high‑precision aerospace and automotive components, build clean fixturing, and ready parts for thin‑film coating. You collaborate with machine operators to load and unload batches, then de‑fixture, perform careful visual checks, and keep production flowing.
