About the Role As an Electronics Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in constructing sophisticated technical training systems that empower the next generation of industry professionals. You will utilize your technical expertise in soldering, wiring, and system diagnostics to ensure every unit meets rigorous performance standards. Responsibilities Execute precise assembly, wiring, and soldering of complex electronic components. Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide production workflows. Conduct thorough testing and verification of electronic systems to ensure operational integrity. Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve assembly challenges efficiently. Calibrate specialized testing equipment to maintain high-quality output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production milestones and quality benchmarks. Required Skills 1+ years of hands-on experience in electronics or electrical assembly. Foundational knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles. Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in technical assembly or related manufacturing environments. Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities for electronic systems. Self-motivated approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience with precision tools and electronic testing instrumentation.
