A steady third-shift schedule with clear expectations and premium night differential. Key Responsibilities Execute preventive maintenance strategies on ovens, conveyors, and support equipment to extend asset life. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled issues. Service motors (including 480V three-phase), bearings, shafts, seals, gearboxes, belts, and fasteners. Document work, communicate status, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep production flow on target. Experience & Background 3+ years as a Maintenance Mechanic in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or bakery environments. Proven success maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems. Mechanical depth, including installation and replacement of three-phase motors and drive components. Basic PLC/HMI diagnostics; food or bakery experience preferred. High ownership in fast-paced settings; collaborative and adaptable. Technical Requirements Bring your own tools: wrenches, Allen key set, jaw pliers, chain lock.
MIG required; TIG beneficial. Schedule & Compensation Third shift (nights): 5:00 PM-5:00 AM Rotating 3-2-3 schedule; average 48 hours/week
Workload:
Every Friday and every other weekend
Pay:
$34.41/hour base + $1.55/hour night differential Physical & Safety Lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally; frequent walking (~50%) and standing (~30%). Regular kneeling/crouching; occasional ladder/scaffold use. Environment includes wet, slippery, and narrow surfaces; normal vision/hearing/speaking required.
