In this role, you'll help restore and rebuild traction motor components using specialized equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand tools and manufacturing equipment Knowledge of inspection and measurement tools preferred Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality procedures Job Duties Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble traction motor components Operate manual and automated production equipment Use hydraulic and pneumatic tools safely and effectively Inspect completed work using measuring devices, gauges, and testing equipment Follow engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements Complete process documentation for all assigned work Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Maintain required production standards and takt times Perform welding, non-destructive testing, or other specialized processes when trained and certified Follow EHS policies and safety procedures at all times Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Lift, carry, and move materials and components throughout the shift Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely Work in a manufacturing environment while following all PPE requirements Maintain physical stamina to meet production demands Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
