Manufacturing / Maintenance About the Role We are seeking a dependable and technically skilled Lead Manufacturing Technician to support daily manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and control systems while working effectively with production and quality teams. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, and breakdown repairs on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and process-related equipment issues. Operate and troubleshoot process equipment in accordance with established SOPs. Use PLCs, local control systems, and operator interface/dialog panels to support efficient equipment operation. Perform equipment adjustments, electronic configurations, and manufacturing improvement projects. Conduct required in-process testing and help establish equipment and process best practices. Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records in accordance with

ISO 9001

standards. Identify and resolve equipment and production problems quickly and effectively. Support continuous improvement, 5S, and manufacturing improvement initiatives. Encourage team participation in process and workplace improvements. Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, SOPs, and PPE requirements. Identify and report unsafe conditions, production issues, quality concerns, and equipment problems to management. Respond appropriately to emergency situations and ensure required documentation is completed. Prioritize maintenance and equipment activities based on production requirements. Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments. Meet established safety, quality, productivity, and performance goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. 1-2 years of manufacturing, maintenance, equipment operation, or related experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of PLCs and manufacturing control systems preferred. Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, diagrams, and basic technical information. Ability to complete basic written documentation and equipment records. Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and rates. Ability to read a tape measure or ruler and interpret basic graphs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good time-management and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Ability to work safely while wearing required PPE and following established safety procedures.
