Third Shift Monday night through Saturday Morning Midnight - 8:00 am

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for starting up, running, shutting down, and troubleshooting our production machinery. You will also prepare and stage the correct materials so the machine always has what it needs for current and upcoming jobs. This position requires driving both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as the ability to climb ladders safely. Finally, you will be a team player who helps coworkers with their breaks and other daily tasks to keep the floor running smoothly.

Essential Functions:

Comply with all company and statutory safety rules and work to keep all departmental employees safe Handle the full startup, running, and shutdown process for production machinery Find and fix mechanical or operational issues quickly to avoid downtime Get materials ready for the current job and stage materials for the next job. Examine the product quality, report off quality issues to operator or setup technician Help coworkers with break coverage and assist them with extra job tasks Assist fellow employees with breaks and job tasks as needed Safely drive both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials and maintain license

Required Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) One year manufacturing experience required Forklift experience/license required

Working Conditions:

Work area may be loud, dusty, repetitive, and fast paced.
