Production Technician Pay:

We're looking for detail-oriented Production Technicians with assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience who want to grow their skills in a clean, high-tech environment. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate antenna components to specifications Perform drilling, lasing, etching, and soldering tasks Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment Operate production and fabrication machinery Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Record production information and report defects when needed Follow safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members to meet production goals Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience Soldering experience in a production environment Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to train on a split shift schedule (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Preferred Qualifications Aerospace, defense, military, or electronics manufacturing experience Experience with antenna assembly Fine soldering and small-component assembly experience Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
