Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a Contract job with a client in Londonderry, NH . The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing operations, production processes, testing activities, calibration support, and quality assurance functions within a production environment.

Rate Range:

$24/hour to $26/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Manufacturing Technician Job Responsibilities Include:

Support manufacturing operations by assisting with the production, assembly, testing, calibration, and validation of parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products. Perform rework, troubleshooting, and quality verification activities to ensure products meet engineering specifications and manufacturing standards. Utilize manufacturing systems, production software, and operating data to evaluate performance, monitor processes, and support process adjustments as required. Work closely with engineering teams during setup, calibration, experimentation, process validation, and continuous improvement activities. Conduct inspections, testing, and data collection activities while maintaining accurate production, quality, and operational records.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four years of relevant manufacturing, production, testing, or technical experience, or an Associate Degree with up to two years of related experience. Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing operations, assembly activities, production testing, calibration processes, or quality assurance functions. Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical procedures, engineering documentation, and manufacturing specifications accurately. Experience utilizing manufacturing equipment, testing systems, computer applications, and production software within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, collect data, and support process improvement activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting electronics manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, aerospace, defense, or technology-based manufacturing operations. Familiarity with process validation, calibration procedures, quality testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing data analysis activities. Experience collaborating with engineers on product development, experimentation, process improvements, or manufacturing optimization initiatives. Pay Details:
