Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and career-driven individual to join our Collision Avoidance Cameras team. In this position, you will be responsible for working safely, producing high quality products in an efficient manner, and learning other positions on the line. Primary Responsibilities Routes and ties wires to form harnesses used in electrical and electronic equipment or systems. Reads instructions, such as work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Wraps and ties wires together at designated points to form harnesses. May test wiring continuity using continuity tester. Operation of machinery and materials set-up. Log jobs, record labor hours, and product completions into company software applications (Epicor, UKG). and enter other data into computer systems. Produce quality products while meeting established goals. Follow verbal instructions and standard work processes to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Report damaged and/or unusable components to team lead and/or manager. Effectively reference drawings provided by engineering department and follow assembly instructions based on samples. Use production Quality checklists as part of tracking process. Completes other tasks as assigned.
Education Requirements and Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree a plus.
Years of experience:
1-3 years. Process and safety driven. Detail oriented and interested in taking ownership of assigned work. Able to work independently and within a team. Able to speak, read, and write English to achieve effective communication with team members. Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems a PLUS. Willingness to learn and work with teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
☒ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ☒ Prolonged periods of standing or walking. ☒ Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time. ☒ Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facility. ☒Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas. ☒ Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat to maintain equipment. ☒ Must be able to occasionally withstand high temperatures if applicable.

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
