Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Job Duties Inspect flexible packaging products to ensure quality and consistency. Check finished products for defects and remove non-conforming materials. Assist the Shift Supervisor with daily production activities. Load plastic materials onto machinery using a hoist. Monitor machine performance and verify equipment is operating properly. Inspect bags and inserts throughout the production process. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Support production line operations to ensure productivity goals are met. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. Perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Lift, move, and handle production materials as required. Work safely around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.
