Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring an Entry-Level Production & Repair Technician for a leading manufacturer of entry systems, kiosks, coin changers, and automated equipment. in Holland, OH. As a Production & Repair Technician, you'll play an important role in building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while gaining valuable hands-on mechanical skills. The Production & Repair Technician will assemble equipment, use hand and power tools, test and calibrate components, diagnose issues, and repair or replace defective parts. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Shift:

Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Responsibilities of the

Production & Repair Technician:

Assemble, disassemble, test, and repair equipment. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Diagnose mechanical issues and replace defective parts. Calibrate components to product specifications. Follow work instructions and technical information. Communicate repair findings when needed. Work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined and eager to learn. Experience with hand/power tools preferred. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and learn multiple tasks. Positive attitude and strong attendance. Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Ability to safely handle equipment weighing approximately 25-300 pounds.
