2:00 PM - 10:30
PMAdditive Technician Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of CAD, CAM, and CMM programming, UAM, and other additive manufacturing and fabrication methods within the client's lab, including inspection equipment.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with equipment. Assist in machine maintenance efforts, including weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance requirements.
Quality Control:
Comply with all customer quality requirements, plan inspections and testing of parts, and ensure that parts produced meet performance and quality standards before project completion and delivery. Understand GD&T and other quality specifications. Strictly adhere to the client's quality manual and ISO processes.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to the client's safety policies and applicable industry safety protocols and standards.
Project Execution:
Understand project requirements, complete assigned tasks, and assist in the execution of R D and production projects.
Task and Time Management:
Effectively plan and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and customer delivery requirements are met.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed project notes, capture project photos, prepare reports for management and customers, and maintain all required project documentation to ensure compliance with quality processes (ISO 9001:2015).
Resource Management:
Ensure resources allocated to projects are utilized efficiently and remain within budget.

Additional RequirementsFull-time position, 40 hours per weekOvertime must be requested and approved by the General ManagerPrimarily first-shift work with occasional second-shift assignments (up to 60% of the time) based on production needsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including conventional machining operationsProficiency in
CAD/CAM, CNC
machining, and technical lab and fabrication skills (3, 4, and 5 axis)Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDemonstrated ability to monitor and verify the quality, accuracy, and completeness of workKnowledge of manufacturing safety standardsAbility to read technical engineering drawings and printsProficiency in GD&T and technical specificationsAbility to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to pass a drug screeningDue to project requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
