Bagging Line Operator - 1st Shift Ohio Mulch Supply, Inc. - Milford, OH Ohio Mulch Supply is seeking a dependable and hardworking Bagging Line Operator to join our production team in Milford, Ohio. This is a full-time, first-shift position operating automated bagging equipment used to package mulch, topsoil, and other landscape products. Responsibilities Operate and monitor Hamer automated bagging equipment and robotic palletizing systems Set up and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production Perform quality checks to verify product weight, appearance, and packaging standards Safely operate a forklift indoors and outdoors to move finished products and materials Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Manufacturing, production, machine operator, or bagging equipment experience preferred, but not required (training available for the right candidate) Forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment Schedule First Shift Start time: 7:00 AM Overtime available and expected during peak production periods Benefits Competitive pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Life Insurance Employee Discount Program Join a growing company that has been serving Ohio's landscaping industry for decades.
