Now hiring a Paint Line Operator for a manufacturing company in Streetsboro. Monday - Friday, 4pm - 4am. Training will be conducted on 1st shift for 2-3 months. Weekly pay starting at $20 per hour with a $1 increase after hire-in and every 6 months until $25.

Job Duties:

Operate powder coat spray booth. Load and unload parts to/from the paint line. Perform powder color changeovers and line purges. Operate forklift equipment to move and stage materials to and from the paint line. Follow operational procedures for meeting time standards, safety and quality. Identify areas of continuous improvement to shorten production cycles eliminating waste and inefficiencies without sacrificing product quality. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly. Excellent people and communication skills. Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume.
