Job Description

Plastic Line Operator — Build Something You Can Point To Uni-Grip | Full-Time | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:15 PM)

Starting Pay:

$21.25/hour Earn Up to 80 Hours of Vacation in Your First Year! (40 hours at 3 months, 40 additional at 6 months) Every seal, trim, and profile we make starts with a Plastic Line Operator like you. If you like hands-on work, take pride in getting the details right, and want a role where your attention to detail directly shapes the product going out the door — this is it. What You'll Do Set up and run our plastic lines and secondary equipment, following our PQS books every step of the way Track your work in our ERP system so every run is accurate and accounted for Keep a close eye on quality — checking specs continuously and adjusting as needed Take care of your equipment: clean and store dies, check belts, spot wear and tear before it becomes a problem Weigh raw materials, grind scrap plastic, and keep inventory accurate Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready to go What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience with basic hand tools Troubleshooting skills and basic computer and math skills Ability to read a tape measure A positive attitude and a team-player mindset Accountability and a drive to continually improve A data-driven, customer-focused approach to the job Benefits Include (But Aren't Limited To) 80 hours of vacation in your first year 401(k) with company matching Health Insurance Prescription Coverage Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Prescription Coverage Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Bonus Opportunities Working Conditions Our plant runs 24/5, so shifts can vary, and the facility isn't climate controlled — be ready for some hot or cold days.
