3 months. Shift of the Technician 1: First Shift, 6:00 AM
3:30 PM Pay Rate of the Technician 1: $25/hour Responsibilities of the Technician 1: Sand and prep materials to ensure smooth surfaces and proper finish prior to painting or assembly.

Apply banding materials (steel straps) to secure products for storage or shipment. Perform painting tasks using appropriate tools and techniques to meet quality specifications. Inspect materials and finished products for defects and ensure compliance with company standards. Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures. Qualifications of the Technician 1: Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be able to perform all subordinate tasks required to accomplish the above duties. May require training and certification for forklift and overhead crane operation.
