Cutting Line Operator:

You'll be responsible for the precise cutting and trimming of tiles, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing and a passion for quality and sustainability. Essential Functions of the

Cutting Line Operator:

Set up the line for correct cut and sizing Ensure cut tile is within allowed thresholds Monitor operations and make adjustments to stay within spec Ensure cut product is square and diagonals are correct Change cutting blades, rectifying tools, belts, and other mechanical parts as needed Complete size changes Learn to operate loading and unloading operations Constantly monitor cut and quality of tile Follow maintenance schedules provided by maintenance and manufacturing teams Complete daily quality, production, and maintenance reports Maintain a safe workplace in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Complete all required safety training and wear required PPE Qualifications of the

Cutting Line Operator:

High school diploma or GED No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided Forklift certification and/or experience is a plus Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting, carrying, and repetitive hand/arm motions throughout the shift Mathematical ability to read and understand measurements down to 1/16 of an inch
