• 2:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX (77041).

This position supports the cleaning, inspection, packaging, and documentation of precision plastic machine components within a controlled clean room environment. This is not a janitorial cleaning position and is not primarily a laboratory role. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow written procedures while handling delicate components in a contamination-controlled environment.

Clean Room Production Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform controlled cleaning, water rinsing, and IPA cleaning processes on precision components
• Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications
• Package and label finished products according to established procedures
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain part, lot, and job traceability
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Handle delicate finished components carefully to prevent contamination or damage
• Maintain clean room standards and comply with all quality requirements
• Enter production and traceability information into computer systems
• Support assembly and manufacturing operations as needed Requirements for

Clean Room Production Technician:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Experience in a clean room or ISO-controlled environment preferred
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with IPA and approved cleaning processes
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled clean room environment
