Do you confidently set up and run CNC mills and lathes to print? Can you interpret technical drawings and translate them into actionable setups? Do you verify dimensions with micrometers and calipers and adjust to stay in tolerance? Are you comfortable performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting? Will you document production and communicate clearly with the team? Are you open to flexible hours and overtime when production demands it? What you'll do Set up and operate CNC machines to meet specification and quality goals. Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan setups and operations. Monitor runs; adjust tools, offsets, and parameters to maintain quality. Perform routine maintenance and address minor equipment issues. Follow safety procedures at all times during setup and operation. Capture accurate production and machine-performance data. Partner with colleagues to streamline processes and reduce waste. What we expect High school diploma or equivalent; CNC technical certification a plus. Experience as a CNC operator or machinist in a production setting. Strong grasp of CNC machinery and programming principles. Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints. Detail-driven with solid problem-solving skills. Team-oriented communicator.
