Plastic Manufacturing Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) -

Yoakum, Texas Starting Pay:

What You'll Do As a Plastic Manufacturing Technician , you'll play an important role in keeping our production lines running efficiently by: Performing visual quality inspections on finished products. Packaging and labeling finished pipe for shipment. Assisting Line Operators with equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changeovers. Preparing downstream equipment for production runs. Monitoring production output to help achieve daily production goals. Following standard operating procedures and quality standards. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Wearing required PPE and following all safety procedures. Learning pipe specifications, packaging requirements, and production processes. Working closely with your team to support continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required . Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Schedule 4:00PM-12:30AM (2nd shift) or 12:00AM-8:30AM (3rd shift)

Starting Pay:

$17.50/hour

Shift Differential:

$1.50/hour

Total Starting Rate:

$19.00/hour Must be available to work 40+ hours per week , including overtime and weekends as business needs require. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and remain mobile throughout an 8-12-hour shift. Lift, carry, move, and package finished products. Frequently bend, twist, squat, reach, and climb on and off industrial equipment. Work in varying indoor temperatures. Perform repetitive physical tasks safely throughout the shift. Why Join ADS?
