Job Description

Job Summary Join our production team as a Blending Operator in Salt Lake City, where you'll operate specialized blending equipment in a modern manufacturing facility. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop technical skills in a stable manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Operate blending machinery following established procedures and safety protocols Prepare and mix products according to detailed specifications and formulations Calibrate scales and measuring equipment to ensure accurate product ratios Complete production paperwork and maintain records per GMP standards Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting of production processes Follow sanitation procedures and maintain clean work environment Work on elevated platforms using safety harnesses and required PPE Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

What You Bring Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working with moderate powder substances in the air Willingness to wear required PPE including masks, goggles, and hair nets

Preferred:

0-1 years manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with GMP standards Experience with calibration or measuring equipment Schedule & Shift Flexible scheduling based on production needs - various shifts available Physical Requirements This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels. You'll work on elevated platforms with safety equipment and must be comfortable with powder substances in the air. The position involves regular bending, squatting, and bilateral hand/wrist movements.
