We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Solder Technicians to join our growing production team. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Solder Technician, you'll be responsible for assembling and soldering high-quality electronic products used by customers around the world. Responsibilities Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount electronic components. Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies. Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Inspect solder joints to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform PCB rework and repairs as needed. Accurately document completed work and inspection results. Safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred, but not required. Technical training or IPC certification is a plus. Experience using soldering irons and hand tools. Ability to read work instructions and assembly documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work with small components requiring fine motor skills. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
