Job Description

Production Technician Essex Junction, VT | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | $20.95-$24.00/hr Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. As a Production Technician, you'll operate production equipment, support daily operations, and help drive continuous improvement.

Schedules Available Day Shift:

6:00 AM-6:15 PM | Mon-Wed + every other Thurs Night Shift (N1): 6:00 PM-6:15 AM | Mon-Wed + every other Thurs Night Shift (N2): 6:00 PM-6:15 AM | Fri-Sun + every other Thurs Overtime and holiday shifts may be required. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Complete production documentation and data entry Support production goals and standard work processes Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with SQF, GMP, QDS, and HACCP standards Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Manufacturing experience preferred, not required Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a 12-hour shift Work in varying temperatures and humidity Apply today and build a rewarding career in manufacturing!
