Job Description

About the Role SprayTech (Spray Enclosure Technologies, Inc.) designs and manufactures industrial finishing systems — spray booths, HVAC/AMU equipment, and powder coating lines — for OEM and industrial clients across North America. We're looking for a detail-driven analyst with a mechanical engineering foundation to own inventory accuracy, non-conformance resolution, and cross-departmental variance investigation. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of production, purchasing, and design. Compensation & Benefits $62,500 - $70,000 per year Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Free Life Insurance Vacation and Sick Pay 7 Paid Holidays Retirement plan with Company match Discretionary bonuses What You'll Do Identify and resolve inventory variances, tracing root causes across receiving, production, and system data entry Run scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts; maintain inventory accuracy targets Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to anticipate future needs and prevent stock shortages or excess Run stock order reports and create/manage stock orders based on min/max levels Process sales orders, work orders, and progressive releases per design department scheduling and customer quotes Transfer stock to customer orders and link stock jobs to customer jobs; check daily job-fill requirements to assign incoming product Investigate non-conformances across all departments; produce corrective action paperwork and track resolution ownership and fiscal impact by department Partner directly with Purchasing to trace and correct system-level variance root causes Maintain clear audit trails and accurate ERP data entry supporting inventory and production records (Genius ERP) What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related engineering discipline) — or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience Must be able to work in person at our Rialto, CA facility — this is not a remote or hybrid role 3+ years of experience analyzing inventory data in a manufacturing environment (if applying via the equivalent-experience path) Keen analytical skills with a strong quantitative/math foundation Strong working knowledge of BOMs, inventory control principles, and manufacturing data flow Comfort reading mechanical drawings and understanding component specs ERP experience (Genius, JobBoss, or similar MRP/ERP systems) strongly preferred, including accurate day-to-day data entry Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP minimum) Strong written documentation skills for formal non-conformance paperwork Ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority Nice to Have Experience in industrial equipment, capital equipment, or custom/engineered-to-order manufacturing Six Sigma / Lean or root-cause-analysis (5 Whys, fishbone) training

$62,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
