AWS/ASME
standards. After lunch, you're programming a CNC laser or press brake, tuning a robotic MIG cell for repeatable weld quality, and coaching a technician through a time-and-motion study to shave seconds off a critical operation. Before the day ends, you'll collaborate with Project Managers to track resources and timelines, and you'll document a corrective action from a weld root-cause analysis so tomorrow's parts ship right the first time. What You'll Own Design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment for efficient, high-quality production. Creation of robust tooling and fixturing to drive repeatability and safety on the shop floor. Programming for plasma, laser, and brake press operations to enable precise fabrication.
