We're Hiring:

Mechanical Engineer - HVAC Design (5-7 Years of Experience) ???? New Jersey | KeRi Engineering PC Design. Innovate. Deliver. KeRi Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to work on HVAC design, renovation, and energy-efficiency projects for K-12 schools, higher education, institutional, commercial, and public-sector facilities . What You'll Do Design HVAC systems including AHUs, DOAS, VRF/heat pumps, boilers, chillers, hydronic systems, ventilation, and controls Perform field surveys and existing-condition assessments Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, system selection, and optimization Prepare scope reports, feasibility studies, calculations, construction documents, and specifications Support HVAC modernization, electrification, controls upgrades, and decarbonization projects Coordinate mechanical design with architectural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and other disciplines Work under the direction of Senior Engineers and Project Managers and take responsibility for assigned design tasks and deliverables Provide design and construction administration support from concept through project completion Perform site surveys and project assignments throughout the region; travel and occasional overnight stays will be required Types of Projects You'll Work On Pharmaceutical & Biotech Manufacturing Facilities (Aseptic, Fill-Finish, OSD, Labs) Transportation and Infrastructure Institutional Buildings Higher Education & K-12 Facilities Mission-Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Manufacturing Energy Retrofit & Decarbonization Projects What We're Looking For 5-7 years of HVAC design experience Strong experience with existing-building renovation and retrofit projects Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, central plants, hydronics, controls, and applicable codes Proficiency in HAP/TRACE, Revit, and AutoCAD Ability to perform field surveys and develop coordinated HVAC designs Strong communication, multidisciplinary coordination, and problem-solving skills EIT preferred | PE track encouraged Why KeRi? ?
