Pay:
$80,000 - $100,000 + potential performance bonuses We're looking for an engineer who enjoys working across multiple areas of a project and not sitting behind a desk doing the same task every day. This position supports custom industrial equipment projects from the initial customer request and quotation through engineering, purchasing, production, and final shipment. You'll review specifications and drawings, prepare estimates and technical proposals, coordinate vendor pricing, track project schedules, and keep customers and internal teams updated. You'll work closely with engineering, purchasing, quality, and shop personnel to resolve technical or scheduling issues and keep projects moving. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Management Engineering, or a related technical field Ability to read and understand technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, engineers, and manufacturing teams Practical problem-solving skills and an interest in custom industrial equipment Preferred Experience Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, HVAC systems, or heavy industrial equipment Applications engineering, estimating, technical sales, or project management AutoCAD or similar CAD software ASME Section VIII, TEMA, or related manufacturing codes This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants broader exposure to engineering, customer interaction, project management, procurement, and manufacturing.
