Travel Required — Approximately 2-4 Overnight Stays per Month About the Role SCR Solutions is a fast-growing company focused on delivering Safe, Clean, and Reliable solutions for food processing environments. We are seeking an Engineer Lead who enjoys a dynamic mix of engineering, hands-on fabrication, field work, and project leadership. This is an opportunity to play a key role in taking projects from concept through installation while working closely with our customers, engineering team, and fabrication shop. Responsibilities Perform engineering tasks, including component and material selection. Support fabrication shop operations. Manage project designs from initial concept through installation and startup. Provide drafting and design for custom food processing equipment, including conveyors, dumpers, tables, platforms, and related systems. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop practical, safe, and reliable solutions. Preferred Experience Experience in several of the following areas is helpful: SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor Industrial conveyors, dumpers, controls, processing Box erectors, closers, and tapers Equipment design Qualifications Candidates should have one or more of the following: A degree in engineering, construction management, drafting, or a related technical field. Completion of a technical college program. Relevant industrial experience, particularly in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries. Additional Details Typical customers include Hormel Foods, Schwan's, Ecolab, and Land O' Lakes. Travel averages approximately four overnight stays per month .
