We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 2 Radiographic NDT Inspector to join our team at FTAI Aviation Pacific. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) using non-film radiographic and fluorescent penetrant techniques to ensure the quality and integrity of aerospace components and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct radiographic inspections on aerospace components and structures according to established procedures and standards Interpret and evaluate radiographic images to detect and analyze defects or discontinuities Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of inspection results Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to address any issues or concerns Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment Participate in training and certification programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices
Requirements:
Certification as a Level 2 Radiographic NDT Inspector in accordance with ASNT or NAS-410 Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiographic and fluorescent penetrant NDT in the aerospace industry Thorough knowledge of radiographic testing techniques, fluorescent penetrant techniques equipment, and procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex radiographic images Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities Ability to pass a drug test and background check If you meet the requirements and are passionate about ensuring the quality and safety of aerospace components, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
