Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

Starting pay based on experience + performance bonuses About the Position We are looking for an experienced Transmission R&R Technician to join our small, dedicated team at an independently owned and operated automotive repair shop in Ypsilanti. We have been serving our customers for more than 20 years , and we take pride in providing quality work in a professional, friendly shop environment. This position is specifically focused on transmission removal and replacement (R&R) . What You'll Do Remove and install automatic and manual transmissions Remove and install related drivetrain components as needed Properly remove and install torque converters and associated components Perform transmission R&R safely, efficiently, and professionally Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a small, experienced team What This Position Is NOT You do NOT need to diagnose transmissions. You do NOT need to rebuild transmissions. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and efficient at removing and installing transmissions .
