Job Description

Business Development Engineer Our growing Franklin, NH client is seeking a Business Development Engineer to lead expansion of their aluminum extruded solutions in the data center market. If you have extensive experience in the power management sector, then consider this direct-hire role at a company that values its employees. Responsibilities of the Business Development Engineer Identify and develop new data center OEM accounts, including direct engagement with sales, engineering, and procurement teams at Eaton, Schneider, ABB, Vertiv, and Legrand Prepare and present technical proposals, product specifications, and design solutions for aluminum extruded busways tailored to data center power distribution needs, including arc flash mitigation, high rack density, and energy efficiency Maintain strong relationships with key OEM contacts Qualifications of the Business Development Engineer Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials), Business, or related field 10+ years in engineering, technical sales, or business development in power management sector Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for OEM and data center buyers Familiarity with

ISO 9001, ISO

14001, or other relevant industry standards is a plus Experience with OEM supplier relationships in the power management and data center sector preferred This position can work onsite or hybrid.
